On Friday, June 30 all the boys living in Ballabio organized an ethnic dinner to celebrate the end of the scholastic year and the beginning of summer lessons and, also, to say goodbye to Pem, their operator, who in going to work to another camp.
Community service will start soon in Valmadrera
The operating protocol aimed to facilitate the asylum seekers’ integration on the territory of Valmadrera begins today. It will take place by carrying out community service led by the Comune di Valmadrera in collaboration with the Parish, Progetto Itaca and the Centro Farmaceutico Missionario.

Laura is a mother that noticed a far-searching-eyes little girl. She was taking her children to school that morning. She met this child that could not communicate with other children because she didn’t speak the same language. She felt “a feeling in her belly”. Then, she came closer to her.
